Fall Track Conditioning
When: September 9th at 3:30 pm
Where: Meet at the top of the gym by the concession stand
What should you have: You must have a current physical on file at the school or have one with you at the start of conditioning
Other Information: Please have workout clothing with you that covers your top and bottom areas completely. No street clothes are allowed. Conditioning is open to all student athletes as long as you are not participating in a fall sport. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Sanders (room 113) or Coach Tillman (room 939).
